As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we will perform a system upgrade on December 14, 2020. This will have an impact on some functionalities on the hosting server and websites.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE?
On Monday, December 14, 2020, all websites and email will not be accessible for a couple of hours after midnight Sunday, between 00:00 - 05:00 (SGT). It will not be possible to login to cPanel, your websites and emails during the maintenance.
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
As this will be part of scheduled maintenance, no downtime will be reimbursed.
